Stuart Street Lot Activation: Mobility Hub Pilot

Challenge

Stakeholders along Houston’s historic Emancipation Avenue corridor sought new approaches to improve mobility, activate underutilized land, and inform future commercial and transportation planning.

Strategic Response

Designed a grant-funded, live pilot activation to test multimodal mobility concepts, generate stakeholder insight, and catalyze public-private collaboration around corridor revitalization.
