We’re looking to hire professional real estate agents looking to earn $60,000 to $180,000 in annual commissions focusing on servicing investors, builders, and developers. The right individual will add value to our firm by increasing our awareness in the Houston market. We are looking for self-sufficient, licensed agents with a niche focus and desire to earn additional income from offering complementary services to prospective clients. This role is supported by a virtual back office and team of coaches to assist in production, accountability, and marketing. The candidate will benefit from practicing within a safe office culture with multiple pathways for growth, including opportunities for ownership in outside self named offices. Compensation is provided through a mix of a competitive commission structure, fee for contract, and profit share where applicable. Overall, the candidate will be responsible for enhancing the client experience.
Within the first 90 days agents benefit from a mix of classroom and field training about farming, deal structuring, and relationship building through our proprietary onboarding & training program. Due to our experience in the market, we are able to guide and support our agents in any market condition. We’re intentionally small so our core team can support our agents' ongoing marketing & sales pipeline development. Key Duties
Develop new and strengthen existing account relationships through exceptional customer service and market knowledge.

Use innovative marketing and strategic communication strategies to manage the sale and disposition of residential homes, both new and resale as well as vacant lots.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is able to analyze local development & market trends. They will be customer service driven with a niche focus on neighborhood scale to medium size property. The candidate is able to work independently, has strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to leverage social media, and is able to learn software quickly.
In addition to being a driven and creative problem solver, the candidate should be able to perform in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. Last, the candidate should be organized, composed, and comfortable with being a student of the industry.

Areas of practice
Residential Specialist - Focus on traditional resale of homes. Will vary by farm but need to be able to consistently market and brand.
Luxury Specialist - Focuses on sales in the 400+ range. Must have a good handle on new trends and high level of detail.
Development & Investment Specialist - Focus on servicing investors, builders, and developer.

As we expand our footprint in the Houston market, we are seeking a disciplined and proactive Administrative Marketing Coordinator. This role is designed for a professional who can provide high-level administrative expertise while supporting sophisticated marketing initiatives to amplify our firm’s recruitment and lead generation efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
I. Administrative & Operational Support
Provide direct support to the Principal Broker in daily operations and event logistics.
Manage communications with external partners, vendors, and sponsors regarding event details, contracts, and promotional requirements.
Coordinate the logistics for bi-monthly "Content Days," ensuring all stakeholders (partners, realtors, and vendors) are synchronized.
Research and identify strategic sponsorship and advertisement opportunities within the Greater Houston area.
II. Brand Management & Digital Strategy
Support consistency across the firm's digital platforms by maintaining a marketing calendar schedule.
Develop professional social media templates and collateral using Canva and Google Gemini, ensuring all output aligns with Realinc’s brand standards.
Facilitate on-site media capture during events, documenting firm activities for professional promotional use.
Analyze market trends to ensure the firm’s outreach remains competitive in a shifting industry landscape.
Professional Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the firm with poise and professionalism.
Technical Proficiency: High aptitude for digital tools, including design software (Canva, Kapwing) and AI-driven productivity platforms.
Operational Discipline: A self-sufficient worker who demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Industry Knowledge: A willingness to become a "student of the industry." While a Texas Real Estate License is optional, a baseline understanding of real estate principles is preferred.
Engagement Details
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred.
Location Requirements: While some tasks may be performed remotely, the role requires a physical presence at our Inner Loop Houston office and various event venues.
Terms: This is an independent contractor relationship. Reimbursement for approved travel or business expenses will be provided.

Typical Investment
Leverage the return on the investment in your real estate license with options for multiple revenue streams. Typical 1st year financial investment associated with becoming a real estate agent or transferring your license are below. Licensing fees, trade dues, and marketing costs are universal and will be the same anywhere that sponsors your license. Our office annual fee, onboarding costs, and training & education dues are paid directly to our office and varies from brokerage to brokerage.
$1200 - Annual office dues (paid upfront, otherwise $119FT/$159PT monthly)
$350 - Onboarding fees (admin, technology, & training)
$750 - Licensing & Education (min for new agents)
