First-time homebuyers, particularly homebuyers of color, often face fragmented information, low institutional trust, and unclear navigation pathways across the homeownership ecosystem.

Supported the design of a multimedia engagement and education platform to reduce information barriers, align service providers, and create an accessible pathway to homeownership.

What We Did

  • Designed engagement strategy to capture resident insight and needs

  • Developed content and video strategy for a homeownership resource library

  • Drafted production RFP scope and supported vendor selection

  • Provided script, interview, and post-production guidance
