Meet the owner and broker

Jason Hyman is the Broker, principal planner and owner of Realinc’s Office of Jason T. Hyman. His vision guides the office in its mission to bridge the generational wealth gap through real estate, one relationship at a time. He is involved in relationship building within the office and among stakeholders, deal structuring and sourcing, responsible development and investment opportunities in Houston. 

Since starting the brokerage, Jason has created investment campaigns, the Lost Spaces conference aimed at empowering emerging developers, as well as opportunities for planners and agents who strive to make an impact in their own backyard. 

A respected business executive and entrepreneur, Jason honed his expertise as a portfolio management officer with Bank of America and financial analyst for the City of Houston’s Housing & Community Development Department (HCDD). In both roles he was tasked with protecting millions of dollars worth of investments.  

Jason has deep roots in Houston and has volunteered his services to numerous civic organizations. His efforts have influenced the implementation of property protections in Third Ward and program processes at the City of Houston that yielded more than 200 single-family homes. Jason holds a Master of Urban Planning and Environmental Policy degree from Texas Southern University and a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Houston-Downtown.
