The Lost Spaces Conference is aimed at reactivating spaces to rebuild communities in a sustainable way. The focus is to educate & empower residents and stakeholders on creative approaches to community development through real estate. Over a three-day span of classes and workshops, we aim to educate, empower and inform area stakeholders and emerging developers on housing related topics/services. We provide an interactive experience that is culturally sensitive and relatable while showcasing the social and economic greatness of vulnerable communities, like Third Ward.

We’re looking for property owners, emerging developers and investors, as well as aspiring residents who may want to live, develop in or otherwise support the Third Ward community and others like it. Property Owners
