Learn to Buy and Build in your Neighborhood at the 2023 Lost Spaces Conference

The Lost Spaces Conference is aimed at reactivating spaces to rebuild communities in a sustainable way. The focus is to educate & empower residents and stakeholders on creative approaches to community development through real estate. Over a three-day span of classes and workshops, we aim to educate, empower and inform area stakeholders and emerging developers on housing related topics/services. We provide an interactive experience that is culturally sensitive and relatable while showcasing the social and economic greatness of vulnerable communities, like Third Ward.

We’re looking for property owners, emerging developers and investors, as well as aspiring residents who may want to live, develop in or otherwise support the Third Ward community and others like it.

Jason Hyman

Jason Hyman is the Broker, principal planner and owner of Realinc’s Office of Jason T. Hyman. His vision guides the office in its mission to bridge the generational wealth gap through real estate, one relationship at a time. He is involved in relationship building within the office and among stakeholders, deal structuring and sourcing, responsible development and investment opportunities in Houston.
