Rod Owens, REALTOR®

Rod Owens is the Sales and Production Manager of Realinc’s Office of Jason T. Hyman. His primary focus is the recruitment, retention and training support of agents. He is involved in attracting commercial opportunities for clients and investors seeking value add for their portfolios. With more than 20 years of experience coordinating new construction and renovation projects, Rod expands the growth potential of new and experienced agents alike. 

Prior to joining the Realinc team, Rod had oversight of a team of project managers executing Major Capital Projects exceeding $400MM for Motiva Enterprises. His commercial experiences include the coordination of various services and processes relating to clients’ contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services.

Rod is a native Houstonian with a passion for supporting local business owners. He serves as president of the University of Oklahoma Black Alumni Society and uses his network to support the education of scholars across the city.
